Arsenal could be major beneficiaries of AC Milan’s implosion this season – with Andre Silva set to become available once again.

The Sun reports Arsene Wenger wanted to sign Silva before he joined AC Milan in a club-record £33m deal from Porto.

Milan are struggling to challenge for the Champions League qualification places in Serie A and should they miss out, they will reportedly need to sell players to meet their budget.
